Short Galaga Arcade knock-off
Splodey Vaders is a tiny game, and so this will be a tiny review. You are presented with a screen in Galaga style where enemies appear and the top of the screen.
On the screen, you can’t move forward or backward, just side to side. You can’t choose when to shoot, it just sort of blurts out in metronomic rhythm. The enemies come faster with each wave, and the goal is to get a high-score.
The game looks like it was made in about a day as a learning project and thrown up on itch. There’s not much to look at here. Splodey Vaders is a pass for me.
